These terms cover your use of alayahomecleaning.com and how quotes and bookings work with Alaya Home Cleaning LLC (“we,” “us”). By using this site or booking service with us, you agree to them. Clients who sign our Service Agreement are covered by that agreement; if anything on this page and the signed agreement ever differ, the signed agreement controls.
Quotes
Prices shown on this site are starting rates, not fixed prices. A quote based on photos or a form submission is our good-faith estimate for your home. The final rate is confirmed before your first visit, and if the condition or size of the home turns out to be materially different from what was described, we will tell you before doing work at a different rate.
Booking and card on file
New clients place a card on file through Square at booking. The card confirms your booking and covers late cancellations, lockouts, and no-access arrivals under the cancellation policy below. It is not charged for regular visits unless you choose card as your payment method. Payment for service is due on the day of service by cash, Zelle, Venmo, or card by invoice.
Cancellations, rescheduling, and lockouts
Cancellations or reschedules made more than 24 hours before the scheduled start are free. Cancellations inside 24 hours, lockouts, and arrivals where we cannot access the property are charged at 50% of the visit rate. Recurring clients who cancel three consecutive scheduled visits may lose their standing time slot. There are no long-term contracts: either party can end a recurring arrangement with 14 days written notice, by text or email.
If we ever need to cancel on you, you will be told as early as possible and the visit will be rescheduled at no charge.
Scope of services
We provide residential cleaning and vacation rental turnover services. The tasks included in each service are listed on our current rate sheet. We do not perform mold remediation or pest control; both are separately licensed activities in Florida and are outside the scope of our services. We may decline or stop work where a property presents a safety hazard, in which case you are charged only for work already completed.

The content on this site, including text, images, and the Alaya Home Cleaning name and logo, belongs to Alaya Home Cleaning LLC and may not be copied or reused for commercial purposes without permission. You agree not to misuse the site, including submitting false quote requests or attempting to interfere with how the site works.

This website is provided as-is. We work to keep the information on it current and accurate, but we do not guarantee that every detail is free of errors, and content on this site is not a binding offer. Service terms for booked clients are set by the Service Agreement and the confirmed quote.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida. Venue for any dispute is Escambia County, Florida.
Changes
We may update these terms from time to time. The current version will always be posted on this page with its effective date.
